Zanjero Trails Community located in the City of Surprise, Arizona has been contacted and provided with issues of oil leaks from a fleet of cars & truck, storage trailers, and specifically identifies vehicles that appear to all be associated to a three bed room home at 10929 N 188th Drive, Surprise, Arizona 85388.

The Zanejro Trails Community as far as we know ios ran by the Associated Asset Management (AAM) in conjunction with the Home Owners Association (HOA). Both elements have been made aware of issues of multiple family members with a small fleet of cars and trucks, storage trailers etc., residing at a small 3 bed room home at 10929 N 188th Drive, Surprise, Arizona 85388. The resident of the home appears to be renting space for the most part are uncaring and unwilling to keep the outside of the home clean of overflowing trash that blows into the street and on to neighboring properties.

One person who appears to own a white Nissan Altima seems to be surrounded by dirt, oil leaks and used dispsible mask in the streets.

Fleet of Vehicles that overflow from 10929 N 188th Dr, Takes its toll on community streets

Zanjero Trails Community streets are new; however, starting to look years old with oil contaminants and trash littering the streets with the Zanjero Trails Community.. The question we raise is this:

Is this an absolute defiance of some residential renters who now reside in the community at large defying with the utter most contempt to the neighbors of the community, the AAM / HOA etc.

From oil leakage, to discarded face mask, to beer and oil bottles, can these issues be ratified by the AAM / HOA that manages the Zanjero Trails Community, or is the homeowners on their own to deal with the community streets are a dumping ground from over populated homes of renters who could care less about the health and satfy of the community in which they currently rersdie?
