Upon receiving the product, we noticed a critical issue: the rear top wheels, which appear essential for stabilizing the frame, repeatedly detached. Concerned about the safety of the item, we reached out to the seller’s support team via the provided email address. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to date.
We then initiated a replacement request through Amazon. Initially, the request seemed to be accepted, but shortly after, we received a notification that our order had been canceled.

As concerned parents, we feel this product poses a significant safety risk and could lead to serious injury or worse. The lack of accountability and support from the seller for an item critical to a baby’s safety is deeply troubling.
