Beazer Home Warranty Experience
Here is an example of what my wife and I received when we purched a brand new home from Beazer for $350,000.00:
Internet Cable / TV Access Panel that is too close to the Laudry room door where it is located:
The above issue is that the internet / Cable TV access panel covering is located in our laundry room is so close the door, it can not be open it properly with rubbing the laundry room door hinges. The warranty work order created via Beazer Home Warranty website portal was close soon after the foreman stated that he would brainstorm on some ideas of hopw to approach fixing it a year ago. Afer the Beazer’s representative talked it over with us (my wife and I) Beazer close the case as solved.
Next example of our Beazer brand new home
Master bedroom light switched are behing the door:
Next Example is brand new air conditioning units dented and has cement residue dropping on the unit bodies and the internal area such as the compressor fan blades:
Next Cement residue on some windows:
With around 30 days or so from our new Beazer Home Warranty expiring, we submitted around 17 items of concerned issues via the Beazer website for hoe warrenty repair request.
The following are extracts from email messages from and to Beazer:
Good morning Mr. & Mrs. X,
I wanted to follow up on my email below. If you could please update me on if these repairs were completed and I would like to work on scheduling the remaining service requests for you.
If you can let me know your availability and when best to schedule that would be very helpful!
As a reminder, warranty service work must be scheduled between Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon or between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. Our trade partners typically require a seven to ten business days’ advance notice for scheduling. Due to these unprecedented times we are experiencing longer appointment scheduling dates with our trade partners (approximately 30 days out – Excluding Emergencies- If you have an emergency, please call 888-623-2937), we do appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
