Converge ICT No internet for almost a Week
Converge ITC. No internet connection going on four days after offering free upgrade via text message for being a loyal customer. With all due respect, is this just an action to open up overloaded nodes? Over 15 year with this company results. If this was a way to drive away selective costumers, Not a very nice practice Doing that in my opinion
A friend that works at The COMClark Center on Clark Field, Angeles City, Philippines said he has a friend in the support department who might be able to help me. What does that mean, do we need to pay that friend to get my internet turned back on when my monthly account is in good standing?. Will post this question on Mr Uy ‘a LinkedIn account
On or about June 26, 2020, a person claiming to represent the internet company Converge ICT identifies himself as Arjuna, said that the account needed activation. no instruction and no activation.
What does this mean, are you asking a fee to activate out account that we are paying for on a monthly basis?
