Hey Converge ICT Solutions Inc. can you provide a Internet service that ca provide a reliable up-time than 50% in my opinion based on personal usage?
No or very slow Internet connection in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines appears to be the norm in my opinion again BASED ON PERSONAL SERVICE and some of what I am reading from your own facebook page.
The only 100% sure thing that I see is you never fail to provide a bill each month. Can I am all of your unsatified custermers have a service just as great as your billing system please?
When your system if down or in a minimum performance, can you at lease put out a advosory to your custermers via facebook, text message etc.?
Two to three support request and I get is “Your message was already received and your number is already queued. For urgent concerns please call (045) 598-3000.” 598-3000 appears to always be busy or unreachable.
Can I please have a internet service that I am paying full payment full every month or can you please deduct the days your Internet service is not working.
