Converge ICT No Internet after Offered Upgrade
It appears that the following (in my opinion) was an intentional misleading brand of advertisement designed to force Converge ICT subscribers like myself to to change over to the more expensive plan of internet Fiber lines and related modem:

NOTE: the text did not state that the speed test would require an upgrade in new Fiber line upgrade package
Someone who called me identifying himself as Arjune and informing us that our Internet needed too be activated.
Was never activated. sent e message to the Converge ICT asking is there some type of payment (personal or private) required?
We never received any other response and our Internet is off the internet grid going on five days under the premise of a Free (most likely Fake offer in my opinion)

UPDATE: June 27, 2020
Almost five days on our Converge ICT powered Internet Service down-time; after offed Free Speed Upgrade to our existing internet package offer was accepted, we appear to have an Internet connection once again.
Thus far, no explanation was offed by any Converge ICT via there ticketing support system why this issue occurred; however, we are elated to have back what we have had for over 15 years, a quality internet service with this Internet provided (some periods under a different Brand Name) that is second to none in their there service area.
