Convergence internet service was cut after free upgrade offer.
almost 48 hours after a Converge Internet upgrade offer which I accepted, my internet stops working.
Tried contacting g converge and get only an acknowledgement of my submitted issue of no internet as follows:

try to call the provided (One phone number) which appears to be busy 24 hours.
Does the owner of Converge Dennis Anthony H. Uy care about his Company service to his loyal (0ver 15 years) clients?
My Dennis Anthony H. Uy where are, please help your clients like myself who are without internet just for trying a free upgrade offer.
Go through on the phone once and after a few automatic prompt instructions such as type in account number, check if the issue way a technical support issue or not, a Converge recording states it will be 45 seconds until a representative will be with me, then again in 30 seconds, then in 10 seconds, then the automated system stated looks like the representative will be longer and advised to either submit t support ticket on the Convergence website or leave a voice mail. Nothing more that waiting time and phone load wallet.
Where is tech support, why is my internet down after free update. Was that a scam?
Mr Dennis Anthony Uy, where are you and your so-called advance technology of support. Can’t reach live support, no call-back. Where is the leadership / owner of Convergence?
Can I please have some kind of good quality internet service?
