GCash Review: Bad Service or Not
During this COVID-19 era, I was looking for a way to pay most of my bills via online or mobile app. I came across a app that appeared to fit my desired use requirements.
I signed up with GCash, went through the verification process (included official Id, my actual real-time photo image etc. All went flawlessly.
Then the Services Suck delema:
So that I did not need to go outside and expose myself to COVID-19 (Lock-Doend-in-Place) I elected to add one of my BDO credit cards to my then, Gcash account.
GCash system accepted it and a pre-scripted message stated to wait for a OTM from BDO with a verification code that only the card owner should receive via the phone that is connected to the BDO verification system. Completed and no issues.
Next, the GCash syetm then stated that I would need to verify my card by placing the amount that would apply to my card by monitoring my BDO accout, then place added amount from GCash into the verification block on the card on Gcash’s website.
Three hours later I check my statement and located the amount that GCasg charged to my account which was around 34 Pesos. I placed that amount in the GCash verified online website data field, and rror, contact GCash for assistance.
I then went to the online contact form and placed a brief decription of my issue of concern, then submitted. Error message stated we have incured an era, please try again later.
I then used another BDO card, and repeated the whole process once again, and this time I recieve a message, submited Credit card is not compatable or acetoed by this system at this time.
WTF!
