JC’s Landscaping & Design by Jose Cosio a Business that may be in Violation of City Ordinances of Surprise, Arizona.

Representatives of JC’s Landscaping & Design appears to send out representatives that ignore NO SOLICITATION signage, and jams unwanted so called business cards in the door jams and hinges of. doors belonging to residence.

JC’s Landscaping & Design services have these cards placed with no authorized landscaping contractor’s license number, no physical and Surprise, Arizona which states the following:

ORDINANCE NO. 2011-09
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SURPRISE, ARIZONA AMENDING THE SURPRISE
MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 26, ESTABLISHING A
SOLICITATION ORDINANCE.

Sec. 26-222 Solicitation.
(a) Impermissible Solicitation. No person, business, or entity shall act as a solicitor at
any residence where there is a sign indicating “No Solicitation” or “No Soliciting”.

Although this is opinionated, we would say a so called company Called JS’s Landscaping & Design demonstrated contempt for the Surprise, Arizona city ordinance, and let their representative ignore posted signage of NO SOLICITATION and post unwanted business cards on residential property.

This type of action by this so called company falls under the possibility of scams in our opinion; given the facts of no physical address on the card, and no landscaper’s business license on the card being placed in door jams of residence.
