Manila Forwarder, Why Don’t you Respond to Inquiries
Tried to contact and asked question with Manila Forwarder. Placed a general inquiry via their website, and the automatic reply generated message reply was:
“Thank You for Inquiry, our team will get back to you as soon as possible!” That was about three days ago. Is this a responsible and professional company?
What type of company would not reply to a general request for information about their offered services. No Reply in my opinon is a very non-professional busyness practice.
