OtterBox Commuter Series Case for iPhone X/Xs Sold on Lazada – Disappointing

Purchases an Otterbox replacement case from the OtterBox Store on Lazada. After purchasing many items from Lazada, this was the first disappointment experience.

My original OtterBox case has a frame, and the center hole has a protective plastic see-through clear cover over the Apple Logo hole area.

The one that I purchased on Lazada from the OtterBox Store has no frame support; many would not know this if they never saw an original.

The OtterBox Iphone X Phone Case that I received from Laazada via the OtterBox Store is in my opinion, is a low quality substandard, and disappointment.

I have purchased many items from Lazada, all satisfying with one exception. This product is in my humble opinion, am substandard product that can not measure up to my original OtterBox.
