The following is an opinionated view of a passible scam operation going on Aliexpress.com via the online seller YY Anime Figure Store
On or about February 15, 2023 (USA Date) A purchase of the following item was purchased:
The Avengers Iron Man Tony Helmet 1:1 Mk5 Electric Multi-piece Opening And Closing English Voice Control Figure Toys Dolls Gifts
After purchasing online via the Secured system PayPal, The following email message was received from Aliexpress:
A few minutes later tried to contact the vendor YY Anime Figure Store on Aliexpress and the following is what transpired:
Lets recap. I order a product online from YY Anime Figure Store via Aliexpress.com for $234.88 USD using the SECURED PayPal service personal account. Payment goes throguh with PayPal with no issues then:
Then a few seconds later a message from Aliexpress stating
Your order has been closed for security reasons. Check order detail page for more information.
In my humble opinion, this appears to be a scam whereas they Aliexpress / Vendor YY Anime Figure Store the purchase order funds for 20 working days (interest free); thus if they do this with millions of clients per day, how much money do they acquire to use for 20 days without paying interest? This could be a great scam in my opinion
